Cancellation, Withdrawal & Product Return Policy
ORDER CANCELLATION
Without limiting the provisions on Withdrawal of Article 9, the cancellation of the order may be made in the following cases: Before the order is completed, during the electronic order process you can "back" and remove the quantities of the products from the your cart by clicking on the "delete" button of the products. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 210-8025009 and one of our representatives will handle the cancellation of your order. After receiving the product, call us at 210-8025009 or contact us via the website's email form, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will serve you immediately and inform you about your options. In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, then contact the Customer Service Department at 210-8025009 and provide the details of your order. Also, since the order has been invoiced and is now scheduled for delivery, the return costs are borne by the customer.
Necessary conditions for returning products:
1. The product has not been used
2. The product comes with its original packaging and all its contents
3. For items that have special factory packaging, their packaging must not have been tampered with or damaged.
4. No tags or brand markings, etc., have been removed. that the products may have on them
5. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legalization documents and receipts.
If you wish to return a product or a part of the products of your order, you should notify us in writing through the contact form or by calling the customer service department at 210-8025009. You should make this decision within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order.
A. LEGAL CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL
The exercise of your right regarding withdrawal from distance contracts (Law 2251/1994) is governed by the following legal conditions:

You have the right to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter "Withdrawal") within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after the product was delivered to you.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of your decision to withdraw, by contacting us either by email at info@beurershop.gr or by phone at 210 8025009 and then return the product to us by mail to Our address: 225-227 Kifissias Ave. building C' - Kifissia. Within [48] hours of submitting the return form, we will email you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(a) products which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items.
(b) products that have been used
(c) defective products or products in which there is a lack of agreed quality, which are covered by their respective warranties.
B. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
The legal consequences of exercising your right of withdrawal from the distance contract for the sale of products through the online store www.beurershop.gr are as follows:
Return of products within 14 days from the declaration of withdrawal
Refund of Price by the COMPANY
Following the declaration of withdrawal, the COMPANY will refund you the price collected. In the case of debiting via credit card, the COMPANY, once it has collected the price from the Bank, will inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any prescribed action. Following this notification, the COMPANY bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the Bank and the User. In the event that you have chosen the option of "collection from the store" as the method of receiving your order, the refund to you will be made from the COMPANY's store, from which you received your order.
Refund of cash consideration
The refund should be made in the same way as the payment was made, i.e. if a transaction has been made via card, then the refund should also be made to the card and not by transfer to the customer's account.
Refund of delivery charges
Delivery costs are refundable excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the delivery method offered by COMPANY.
